Happy Birthday Stephen Hearn- Video Section From "Create" - 2006

Today is Stephen "Dirty" Hearn's birthday, and to honor this special day I'm releasing Stephen's video section from Neon Media's "Create."  Steve & I filmed this in under one hour, then we went to the beach and blazed trees on Alabama's gulf coast.  Good times indeed.  Dirty was 20 years old at the time, today he turns 25.  Steve is one of the best riders in the game, and here he shows you the insane amount of skills he amassed before he was old enough to even drink a 40oz.  Happy Birthday!

It's the weekend already

Where did the week go? I know, it started off in Mammoth Ski Resort. I could not even stand up on the first day, but thanks to my coaches AJ, and Bo Wade, by the way he is called by his full name by the locals  "hey its Bo Wade", I was bombing the mountain and learning how to turn. Shayne was also killing it too. Im pretty sure Shayne took more runs yesterday than anyone else in the group. Best vacation ever. Thanks again AJ, Bo Wade, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Here's a little edit that's been in the works for the last week...

The backstory is, our favorite weed shop gives a 10% discount when you peddle your bike to the shop.  On top of that, at times, they give out little 5% off coupons.  However, they are not supposed to be used together... we've gotten away with it a few times.  Here's a little extra persuasion....

I was siting in the Studio City parking lot last Saturday, and I thought in my head and out loud, every rider carries a backpack. But what do they carry in them?  We know everyone carries tools, but what else do you pack?

I sat down with B. Carter and checked out what he had in his backpack. Even though most riders drive to there spot or pedal, they still have there backpacks.  B. Carter's OG Matix pack has been all over the world, even detained at Customs in Singapore.

B. Carter backpack is packing maps to various ride spot all over the world, sunscreen, its all ways sunny in LA, Boarding passes, a custom Nankai wrench and some Diversion stickers.
